Dina Hawthorne is a passionate Integrative Health and Wellness Coach & Consultant and Author of Get Up and Reset, specializing in mental health, trauma recovery, and holistic wellness — focusing on mental, physical, and spiritual health. She holds an M.S. in Integrative Health Science and is a Certified Wellness Coach. Dina created the Get Up and Reset Wellness Routine and provides evidence-based strategies along with the motivational interviewing technique that empower individuals to heal, grow, and reclaim their lives.
As a trauma survivor, grief carrier, and addiction recovery and mental health advocate, Dina brings firsthand experience and professional expertise when guiding others through the complexities of grief, resilience, and mental wellness. Her approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and grounded in research — with a deep respect for allopathic support. She believes that healing is not one size fits all.
Dina is an Emmy Award recipient for her collaborative work with The Elijah-Alavi Foundation and the domestic impact of Elijah’s Law. Through speaking engagements, coaching, and consulting, she has provided insight, support, and actionable tools for individuals, organizations, and communities navigating mental health challenges. Her philosophy is centered on the ability to Get Up and Reset — acknowledging pain while moving forward with purpose, resilience, and hope.

At Get Up & Reset, every session, routine, and resource is intentionally curated — designed with care, expertise, and purpose for each individual we serve.
Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable. Once payment is made, you receive permanent access to the Get Up & Reset Wellness Routine. Your $150 investment will be credited toward the Supportive Care membership when it opens.
All coaching retainers — including the 1-hour session ($350), 1-month session ($1,350), and 3-month transformation ($3,500) — are strictly non-refundable. Each session is Get Up & Reset’s intellectual property and is individually curated for each client. The $23 consultation fee is also non-refundable.
The application for the 3-Month Transformation is not provided until a consultation has been conducted and it is determined that the session is a mutual fit. Booking is confirmed only after that process is complete. Once confirmed, the retainer is non-refundable.
